Also Known As asks visitors for nothing and stores almost nothing about them. What it does keep, a theme choice and a search entry, stays in the browser.
What the site keeps
The guide has no forms, no accounts and no email address. There is nothing to fill in and no profile to create. One small setting is the exception: the theme choice, which stays in the open browser tab.
Search follows the same rule. A name typed into the box, an old casino name or a current one, is matched on the device. It is never sent. Nothing typed there reaches the site or anyone else.
Links that leave the site
Links to casinos and to help services open those organisations' own sites. They are never paid, and venues, operators, BCLC, PlayNow and help services never pay this site.
Only the home page carries paid links, marked Ad, all leading to one online casino partner. The site earns a commission, and the partner can change. That partner is a private site with its own rules. It is not PlayNow, it is not run or licensed by the province, and it has no connection with BCLC or the IGCO.
